Computer Science ECT | Essex

A high-achieving 11–18 school in Essex is seeking a committed Computer Science ECT to join its expanding Computing department from January 2026. The school emphasises high standards, strong pastoral support and investment in digital learning.

The Role

You’ll teach KS3–KS4 Computer Science using well-sequenced schemes focusing on algorithmic thinking, Python fluency, computational logic and data structures. ECTs receive fully modelled explanations, guided practice routines, live coding templates and assessment rubrics to support consistent, effective delivery.
