Our Client is seeking an English ECT to teach KS3 and KS4 within a highly supportive and well-organised secondary school in Chelmsford. This is an excellent opportunity for an Early Career Teacher to begin their teaching journey within a department that places a strong emphasis on mentorship, structured development and collaborative planning. The role includes guided lesson delivery, supported assessment practice and access to a full ECT training programme.
