A vibrant mixed secondary school in Wandsworth is looking to appoint a passionate Drama ECT for a January 2026 start.

About the School

The school has a creative atmosphere and a strong performing arts culture, with excellent provision for professional development. ECTs are fully supported with clear progression pathways.

About the Drama Department

Drama is a highly valued part of the curriculum. The department runs theatre festivals, annual productions, workshops with industry professionals and trips to West End venues. Performance spaces include a drama studio and digital lighting/sound systems.

The Role

• Teach Drama at KS3–KS4 (opportunity for KS5 training).
• Direct/support school productions + enrichment.
• Work collaboratively with performing arts colleagues.
• Engage in ongoing ECT CPD and professional reflection.

Requirements

• QTS in Drama or related field.
• Creativity, enthusiasm + strong subject knowledge.
• Interest in performance development and student confidence building.
