Our Client is seeking a Religious Studies ECT to teach KS3 and KS4 RS within a highly supportive and pastoral-led school in Great Yarmouth. The successful candidate will deliver philosophy, ethics and world religion content with full mentoring and structured early career support.

School Information
This 11–18 secondary school educates approximately 1,150 students and is recognised for its strong pastoral systems, consistent behaviour standards and inclusive learning environment. The RS department promotes ethical enquiry, debate and moral reasoning using a structured and accessible curriculum.

The school offers an enhanced ECT induction with regular mentoring, observation cycles, protected planning time and targeted development sessions. Teachers describe the school as warm, inclusive and genuinely supportive, with leadership that prioritises staff wellbeing and sustainable workload.
