Role Responsibilities
• Supervising classes & delivering pre-prepared lessons
• Managing behaviour constructively
• Supporting learning and engagement during cover sessions
• Assisting departments and supporting duties when required
• Opportunity to lead clubs & contribute to whole-school life

Requirements
• Previous school experience or teaching aspiration
• Confident classroom presence
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to adapt and use initiative
