The Premises Officer will be responsible for routine maintenance, conducting health & safety checks, supporting contractor visits and helping to manage site documentation. Start date is January 2026, with induction and handover planned prior to January 2026.

Main duties
- Undertake daily site inspections, open/close procedures and monitor security systems.
- Carry out minor repairs, maintain external grounds and support planned maintenance activity.
- Complete and log health & safety checks, assist with risk assessments and statutory records.
- Support lettings, set up for events and ensure the site meets standards for external users.
- Liaise with contractors, keep accurate records and support the Site Manager with premises projects.
Person specification
- Experience in premises or facilities roles with practical maintenance skills and H&S awareness.
- Good organisational skills, able to keep clear records and follow compliance procedures.
- Proactive, flexible and able to work across Bradford, available to start January 2026.
- Confident working with colleagues, suppliers and school leaders to maintain high site standards.
