Main duties
- Plan and deliver sequenced KS2 lessons that secure knowledge and application across year groups.
- Analyse assessment data to target teaching and to design high-impact small-group support.
- Contribute to curriculum development, moderation and staff CPD within the KS2 phase.
- Liaise with parents and external partners to support pupil progress and transition.
- Take part in whole-school initiatives and pastoral programmes across the Havering community.
Person specification
- Qualified teacher with solid KS2 experience and confidence teaching across year groups.
- Strong planning, assessment and behaviour-management skills and a collaborative approach to improvement.
- Committed to professional development and able to work within the Havering school network.
- Available to commence January 2026 and to attend induction sessions beforehand.
