The Role

You will play a key part in promoting excellent attendance, safeguarding pupils and supporting positive pupil engagement.
Key responsibilities include:

• Monitoring daily attendance and punctuality
• Making first-day absence calls and home contacts
• Producing attendance reports for pastoral and leadership teams
• Working with Heads of Year to identify concerns early
• Coordinating attendance meetings with parents
• Supporting safeguarding procedures where needed
