A high-performing mixed comprehensive in Croydon is looking for an inspiring History Teacher to join their Humanities team. The school values enquiry-based learning and encourages students to think critically about historical narratives and global perspectives.

About the Role
You will teach KS3–KS4 with syllabus contributions welcomed. The department has excellent resources, offers many enrichment trips and promotes cross-curricular project work with English and Politics.

Requirements

  • QTS and experience delivering the History curriculum

  • Passion for historical debate and research

  • Strong communication skills and ability to challenge high achievers

  • Willingness to contribute to trips, enrichment weeks or assemblies
