The Opportunity & Role Profile

This well-established primary academy is seeking a highly organized Site Manager for a permanent, part-time contract. The role involves managing the daily operations of the building, ensuring the site is secure and well-maintained, and providing crucial support to the teaching and learning environment for younger children.

Core Responsibilities & Scope

  • Operational Organiser: Overseeing daily premises schedules, conducting safety checks, and managing utility consumption.
  • Safety Officer: Ensuring adherence to all legislative requirements, including fire safety, and managing COSHH regulations.
  • Team Supervisor: Supervising caretaking staff on scheduled days and coordinating rotas.

  • Essential Requirements: Significant experience in premises management, strong knowledge of building systems, and excellent organisational skills.
  • Salary Range: Competitive pro-rata salary (expected to be £28,000 - £35,000 pro-rata).
