About the Science Department

The department has specialist teachers across all disciplines and a full team of experienced technicians. Practical science is highly valued, and Chemistry students engage in a range of experiments, challenges, and extra-curricular STEM activities. As an ECT, you will receive structured mentoring and shared planning materials.

Requirements

  • PGCE/QTS in Science with Chemistry specialism

  • Excellent subject knowledge

  • Enthusiasm for practical science and experiment-based learning
