Maths Teacher – Watford

A high-performing grammar school in Watford is seeking an ambitious and academically-driven Maths Teacher with strong subject expertise from January 2026.

Maths Teacher required from January 2026
Located in Watford, known for exceptional outcomes in STEM subjects.
Seeking a teacher capable of delivering high-level reasoning, problem-solving and A-Level Pure Maths.
You will teach Maths across KS3–KS5, planning lessons that stretch high prior-attainers and support students preparing for competitive university entry, including Oxbridge.

Experience and Qualifications

  • QTS and a relevant degree in Mathematics.
  • Strong track record of securing high GCSE and A-Level results.
  • Experience developing challenging schemes of work, including A-Level Pure and Mechanics.
  • Willingness to contribute to maths challenge clubs, UKMT support and enrichment programmes.
