We are seeking a Teacher of Psychology & Sociology to join a prestigious 11–18 grammar school in Cambridge from January 2026. This permanent position is open to full-time and part-time applicants, with the potential for a TLR for KS5 or subject leadership for the right candidate.

The Role
Position: Teacher of Psychology & Sociology
Location: Cambridge
Start Date: January 2026
Contract: Permanent – Full-Time or Part-Time Considered
TLR: Available for KS5 / Subject Leadership (for the right candidate)
As our Psychology & Sociology Teacher, you will:
- Teach Psychology and/or Sociology at KS4 and KS5, depending on experience and specialism.
- Deliver challenging, thought-provoking lessons that stretch high-attaining students.
- Support exam preparation, including essay writing, research methods and extended projects.
- Encourage students to engage with wider reading, academic journals and current research.
- Contribute to enrichment such as academic societies, talks, trips and conferences.
- (If applicable) Lead elements of curriculum design, KS5 planning or assessment.

- Hold QTS and have experience teaching Psychology and/or Sociology.
- Have excellent subject knowledge and a strong academic background.
