Role Overview
Responsibilities include:
• Handling front-of-house duties and welcoming visitors
• Managing emails, phone lines, and general enquiries
• Supporting attendance, admissions, and general school administration
• Maintaining accurate records and database systems
• Assisting with letters, reports, newsletters, and school documentation
Requirements
• Strong admin and organisational skills
• Confident using Microsoft Office and school MIS systems (training given)
• Excellent communication and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a busy environment and prioritise workload
