A respected boys’ secondary school in Croydon is seeking an experienced and dependable Site Manager to oversee the maintenance, safety, and efficient operation of the school site.

Role Overview

Responsibilities include:
• Managing the site team and overseeing all maintenance work
• Ensuring the site meets health & safety regulations
• Overseeing contractors, planned works, and compliance checks
• Managing security, cleaning schedules, and emergency procedures
• Responding to maintenance issues promptly and effectively

Requirements

• Experience in facilities or site management
