Science Technician – West London

Salary: Dependent on experience

An oversubscribed 11–18 secondary school in West London is seeking a Science Technician.

School Description
The school serves around 1,400 students, with strong science participation and excellent Sixth Form progression in STEM subjects.

Science Department Insight
The Science block includes multiple labs, prep rooms and specialist equipment. Technicians play a vital role in enabling safe, engaging practical lessons.

The Role

  • Preparing practicals and demonstrations across all three sciences
  • Ordering equipment, managing stock and overseeing deliveries
  • Maintaining laboratories and storage areas
  • Supporting enrichment such as science clubs or STEM events

Ideal Candidate
Methodical, reliable and proactive, with lab-based experience preferred.
