The Opportunity & Contract Profile

This supportive primary school requires a reliable and practical Caretaker to maintain the daily security, cleanliness, and functionality of the premises. The school needs a hands-on individual who prioritizes safety and ensures a welcoming environment for all pupils and staff.

Core Responsibilities & Duties Scope

  • Access Anchor: Key holder duties, managing alarm systems, and securely locking up and opening the premises.
  • Maintenance Mechanic: Performing routine minor repairs (DIY, basic plumbing/electrics), and managing external contractor access.
  • Presentation Partner: Ensuring internal areas and external grounds (playgrounds, classrooms) are kept tidy and fit for use.
