The Role – What You’ll Do
• Provide first-line support for hardware, software, and user issues.
• Manage user accounts, passwords, and access via AD.
• Install, configure, and maintain devices across the school.
• Support classroom technology including projectors, screens, and Chromebooks.
• Maintain inventory, repairs, and equipment tracking.
• Assist with safeguarding-related IT monitoring and systems checks.

Person Specification
Essential: Strong IT skills, troubleshooting ability, customer service skills.
Desirable: Experience in schools, networking experience, AV support.
