The Opportunity & School Profile

This Outstanding primary academy requires a meticulous Premises Manager to oversee the operational safety and presentation of the site. The school needs a proactive leader to manage contractors, ensure child-safe environments, and supervise the site team. This role is crucial in maintaining a bright, secure, and inspiring campus for its young students.

Core Responsibilities & Scope

• Campus Chief: Leading the daily site operations, security procedures (including key holding), and managing the small site team.
• Safety Sentinel: Full accountability for all statutory H&S checks, ensuring compliance specific to the primary environment, and completing timely risk assessments.
• Maintenance Master: Overseeing planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring all minor repairs are handled promptly and supervising external contractors.
