They are looking for an energetic, creative ECT ready to explore texts from Shakespeare to contemporary fringe theatre. Core Responsibilities & Teaching Scope

  • Stage Director: Instructing Drama across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 (iGCSE) only.
  • Character Coach: Driving high attainment by fostering expressive performance skills, complex textual analysis, and understanding of theatrical conventions.
  • Backstage Boss: Assisting with directing junior productions, coordinating lighting and sound, and managing the prop/costume departments.

  • Essential Requirements: Candidate must hold or be soon to obtain QTS. Relevant Degree in Drama, Theatre Studies, or Performance.
