The Opportunity & School Profile

This Outstanding inner-city academy requires an experienced Site Manager to ensure the efficient and compliant operation of the premises during a period of maternity leave. This role requires flexibility and robust compliance knowledge.

Core Responsibilities & Scope

• Operational Leadership: Overseeing the caretaking team, managing daily operational schedules, and coordinating security procedures.
• Maintenance Management: Managing planned and reactive maintenance, overseeing high-quality minor repairs, and supervising contractors.
• Compliance & Safety: Responsibility for all statutory H&S checks, risk assessments, and site security in a busy urban environment.

Compensation & Benefits

• Contract: Full-Time, Fixed-Term (Maternity Cover).
• Salary Range: Competitive salary, reflective of Inner London weighting (ranging from £42,000 - £50,000 per annum).
