ECT Psychology Teacher – Bedfordshire

We are looking for a committed ECT Psychology Teacher to join a thriving Outstanding academy in Bedfordshire. This full-time, permanent role offers extensive mentoring and training to support early career development.

About the School
This Bedfordshire academy is Ofsted Outstanding and has an excellent reputation for supporting ECTs. The Sixth Form is well-established, with Psychology being one of its most popular subjects. Classrooms are modern, and resources are well suited for research-based learning.

About the Role
Responsibilities include:
• Teaching Psychology at KS4–KS5
• Participating in structured ECT training and mentoring
• Preparing students for project work and examinations
• Contributing to pastoral duties and enrichment activities
• Assisting with assessment tracking and classroom preparation

Experience & Qualifications
• QTS or completing ITT
• Strong academic background in Psychology
• Passion for supporting student development

Salary
MPS, based on ECT pay scale.
