We are seeking a dynamic Business & Economics Teacher to join a high-achieving independent Sixth Form College in Watford. This full-time, permanent role is ideal for a teacher who enjoys working with ambitious post-16 learners.

About the Role
Responsibilities include:
• Teaching Business and Economics at A-Level
• Delivering high-quality academic content in small, focused classes
• Supporting students with exam preparation and university applications
• Contributing to departmental resources and curriculum development
• Monitoring progress and maintaining high academic expectations

Experience and Qualifications
• Experience teaching Business and/or Economics at KS5
• Strong understanding of A-Level specifications
• Excellent communication skills and enthusiasm for subject enrichment
• Ability to support motivated and high-achieving learners
