An outstanding independent school in Warwickshire is looking to appoint a dynamic and imaginative Teacher of Drama from January 2026.

The School

This is a highly respected co-educational day and boarding school known for its vibrant performing arts culture. Drama plays a central role in school life, with major productions every year, extensive co-curricular participation and a historic theatre space recently upgraded with modern lighting, AV and rehearsal studios.

Students are enthusiastic, creative and confident — many participate in LAMDA, theatre visits, dance, orchestras and cross-arts collaborations.

The Role

You’ll teach Drama across KS3–KS5, delivering expressive, practical lessons that encourage teamwork, communication and creative risk-taking. The A-Level course is extremely popular and outcomes are excellent.

You will also be involved in directing or supporting school productions, drama clubs and festivals — with full support from technicians and the wider Creative Arts team.
