About the Role
This is a varied and hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys practical tasks and thrives in artistic settings. Your daily responsibilities will include:
Preparing paint, clay, tools, canvases, sketchbooks, and specialist materials
Supporting teachers in lesson preparation and classroom setup
Maintaining equipment such as kilns, brushes, inks, and photographic tools
Ensuring studios are kept clean, organised and safe
Assisting with GCSE and A-Level art coursework organisation
Helping curate student displays and presenting work for exhibitions
Monitoring stock levels and managing orders
Supporting students during practical lessons and creative workshops
You will work closely with a supportive team who value creativity and collaborative spirit.
Experience and Skills
Experience in Art, Design, Textiles, Photography, or related creative fields
Strong organisational and practical skills
Calm, supportive and student-focused approach
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
