Design & Technology Teacher – Cambridge
A well-resourced and forward-looking secondary school in Cambridge is seeking a talented Design & Technology Teacher to start immediately.
About the Role
You will teach DT to KS3–KS4, contributing to a programme that encourages creative thought, safe workshop practice, and modern design skills. Lessons include elements of CAD modelling, materials technology, engineering basics, building prototypes, and design evaluation.
The department has invested heavily in facilities, including:
Advanced 3D printing equipment
Digital design suites
Laser cutting machines
Robust woodworking and metalworking tools
You will have opportunities to participate in STEM initiatives, project exhibitions, or cross-curricular enrichment work.
