An Outstanding 11–18 girls’ school in Wandsworth is seeking a dedicated French ECT to join their vibrant MFL Department from January 2026.

About the School

About the MFL Department

The Modern Foreign Languages Department is energetic, supportive, and committed to improving linguistic proficiency and cultural understanding. French is a highly popular subject, supported by native-speaking language assistants, interactive learning tools, and a range of educational trips abroad. The team works collaboratively to create immersive and engaging learning experiences.

The Role

• Teach French across KS3–KS4, with potential for KS5.
• Develop engaging lessons that promote strong language acquisition.
• Participate in MFL clubs, cultural events, and enrichment trips.

Requirements

• PGCE in MFL with QTS by January 2026.
• Strong command of spoken and written French.
• A passion for promoting language learning and cultural awareness.
