We are seeking an enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and committed Geography Teacher to join the successful Humanities faculty at a highly regarded secondary academy in the prestigious Westminster area of Central London.

This is a full-time, permanent position starting in January 2026.

The Opportunity

The successful applicant will be an inspirational and highly effective Geography specialist dedicated to delivering rigorous, engaging lessons that foster curiosity about the world's physical and human processes. We Are Looking For:

• A qualified teacher with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status).
• A relevant degree in Geography or a closely related discipline.
• A proven track record as an excellent Geography Teacher with experience teaching the subject to at least Key Stage 4 (GCSE).
• A genuine passion for the subject and the ability to inspire students of all abilities.
• The drive to contribute positively to the academic life of the school.

Salary and Benefits

• Main Pay Scale/Upper Pay Scale (MPS/UPS) for Teachers.
  • The base salary will be paid according to experience within the statutory Inner London Pay Scale (The Inner London Main Pay Range minimum is approximately £40,317 as of September 2025).
• A fixed Recruitment and Retention (R&R) Allowance of £2,000 per annum.
