French Teacher (ECT) – Rugby – January 2026

A high-performing 11–18 school in Rugby is looking to appoint a dynamic and enthusiastic French ECT to its thriving MFL department from January 2026. Languages are highly valued here, with strong uptake at GCSE and a vibrant culture of international engagement.

The Role

You’ll teach French across KS3–KS4, with potential KS5 exposure later in the year. The department uses an excellent structure for ECTs: clear schemes, knowledge organisers, model dialogues, phonics routines and spaced retrieval activities.

You’ll also contribute to enrichment such as language clubs, cultural days and European links.
