About the Role

As a Year 6 Teacher, you will lead pupils through an important academic year, helping them prepare for SATs and transition to secondary school. You’ll foster confidence, resilience, and a love of learning while ensuring every child reaches their full potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging and targeted lessons for Year 6 pupils
• Prepare pupils effectively for end-of-KS2 assessments
• Support pupils’ emotional and social development
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and families
