About the Role

• Preparing practical materials for Biology, Chemistry, and Physics
• Setting up apparatus and demonstrations
• Maintaining, repairing, and cleaning scientific equipment
• Ensuring compliance with CLEAPSS and COSHH health and safety standards
• Organising chemical stock, ordering materials, and maintaining lab inventories
• Supporting teachers during practical lessons and coursework experiments
• Coordinating safe waste disposal and lab cleanliness

Experience and Qualifications

• Experience in a laboratory or school science environment
• Knowledge of safety standards and good lab practice
• Strong communication and organisational skills
