Our Client is seeking an English ECT to begin their induction year in a warm and well-organised school located just south-east of Cambridge city centre. The successful candidate will teach KS3 and KS4 and benefit from structured mentoring, weekly development meetings, and regular observation cycles designed to build confidence and classroom expertise.

School Information
This 11–18 school is home to around 1,300 pupils and continues to score well above national averages, with strong outcomes across English, Science, and Humanities. The English department benefits from modern teaching spaces, digital resources, and a curriculum that balances classic texts, contemporary literature, extended writing, and verbal communication skills. The school actively encourages enrichment, including reading clubs, writing competitions, and theatre trips.
