Art ECT – Creative and Supportive School in Bath (ECTs Welcome)
We are currently seeking a creative and enthusiastic Art ECT to join a supportive and well-regarded secondary school in Bath. This is a full-time, permanent role beginning January 2026 and is suitable for both ECTs and experienced teachers.

About the Role
As an Art ECT, your responsibilities include:
• Teaching Art across KS3–KS4
• Encouraging students to experiment with materials and techniques
• Supporting GCSE coursework and portfolio development
• Contributing to art exhibitions and enrichment activities
• Planning engaging lessons and assessing student work
• Participating fully in ECT training and CPD
Experience and Qualifications
• Art or Fine Art degree
• PGCE with QTS
• Art Teacher (ECT welcome)
Salary
Paid to scale – MPS/UPS
