History Teacher – Chesterfield – January 2026
A successful 11–18 school in Chesterfield is seeking a committed Teacher of History to join its strong Humanities faculty from January 2026.
The school has a proud academic tradition and maintains a Good Ofsted rating, with History being one of the best-performing subjects at GCSE. Students enjoy a well-planned curriculum that blends local history with national and global topics.
The Role
You’ll teach History across KS3–KS4 (and KS5 depending on experience). Lessons involve a blend of source analysis, extended writing, and structured discussion.
The Humanities team is extremely supportive and offers:
