We are currently seeking a passionate and energetic Music ECT to join a creative and inclusive secondary school in Slough. This full-time, permanent position starting January 2026 is ideal for a musician eager to inspire and engage students.

School Information
This Slough school has a strong reputation for valuing the arts, promoting student confidence and offering extensive co-curricular performance opportunities. The Music Department is well-resourced with practice rooms, recording equipment, digital composition software, and a large performance hall.

Role Information
You will teach Music across KS3–KS4 and contribute to extra-curricular activities such as choirs, ensembles, concerts, and whole-school productions. Full ECT induction support is provided by an experienced mentor within the performing arts team.

Experience and Qualifications
• Degree in Music or related subject
• PGCE and QTS
• Strong performance or composition background
• Passion for music education and creative engagement

Salary
Paid to scale on MPS (ECT rates)
