ECT Social Science Teacher – Peterborough

A high-performing 11–18 school in Peterborough is seeking a dedicated Social Science ECT (Psychology/Sociology/PSHE) to join its Humanities & Social Sciences faculty from September 2025.

About the Role

You will receive strong induction support while contributing to:

  • Teaching Psychology and/or Sociology at KS4
  • Supporting PSHE across year groups
  • Planning engaging and academically rigorous lessons
  • Using data to support pupil progress
  • Participating in department meetings and curriculum planning
  • Working with experienced subject mentors

This is a great opportunity for an ECT seeking academic challenge and excellent support.
