ECT Computer Science Teacher – Essex

A modern and forward-thinking 11–16 school in Essex is seeking a Computer Science ECT to join its growing ICT & Computing team from September 2025.

About the Role

You will work closely with the department to deliver high-quality Computing lessons, including:

  • Teaching Computer Science across KS3–KS4
  • Supporting coding clubs and enrichment
  • Following clear planning frameworks and assessment systems
  • Receiving structured induction support and coaching
  • Using digital tools and software in lessons
  • Working to develop an engaging, future-focused curriculum

This is a varied and exciting role in a school keen to support new teachers.
