ECT Maths Teacher – Northamptonshire
A large and well-supported 11–18 secondary school in Northamptonshire is seeking a motivated and committed ECT Maths Teacher to join its friendly Mathematics department from September 2025.
About the Role
Working under the guidance of an experienced mentor, you will support high-quality Maths provision, including:
- Teaching Maths across KS3–KS4
- Following structured schemes of work and assessment models
- Receiving weekly mentor meetings and reduced timetable
- Supporting intervention groups and enrichment clubs
- Using data to help pupils progress with confidence
- Working collaboratively with a welcoming Maths team
This is an excellent start for an early career teacher looking for strong training and support.
