A welcoming, inclusive two-form entry primary school in West London (Ealing) is seeking an experienced and confident SEND Teacher to join their supportive team on a full-time, long-term basis from January 2026.

Key Stage: Upper Key Stage 2 (Year 6)

The Role

This position is ideal for a SEND specialist who thrives on structure, collaboration, and making a measurable impact on pupil outcomes.

- Morning responsibilities: Teaching a small group of Year 6 pupils with SEND (core subjects – Maths, English, Reading).

- Afternoon responsibilities: Providing cover and PPA support across the Year 6 cohort.

- Team support: Working closely with three Year 6 class teachers and three experienced support staff.

- Curriculum support: Planning is already in place and regularly updated by the year group team.

- Technology: The school operates as a Microsoft Teams environment, with digital planning and resource sharing.

- Qualified teacher with proven SEND experience (primary or upper KS2).

- Familiarity with Microsoft Teams is an advantage (training can be provided).
