This Outstanding secondary academy in Leeds requires a highly motivated Site Manager committed to operational excellence. Core Responsibilities & Scope
- Operational Leadership: Overseeing the site team, managing day-to-day operations, security, and cleaning contracts.
- Compliance & Safety: Responsibility for regular statutory checks, preventative maintenance logs, and adherence to H&S regulations.
- Lettings & Usage: Managing the logistical and security aspects of school lettings and community use during evenings and weekends.
Compensation & Benefits
- Contract: Full-Time, Permanent (52 weeks per year).
- Salary Range: £34,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
- Essential Requirements: Proven experience in a school site management role, with strong maintenance and H&S knowledge (e.g., IOSH).
- Support: Generous Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS) and collaborative Trust network support.
