PE ECT | Watford
Our Client is seeking a PE ECT to join a leading Grammar School in Watford from January 2026. The successful candidate will teach KS3–KS5 PE, contribute to extracurricular sports, and inspire students through teamwork and resilience.
School Information
This selective 11–18 Grammar School, rated Outstanding by Ofsted, educates around 1,100 pupils and holds an excellent reputation for balancing academic and physical education. The PE department runs extensive extracurricular clubs and regional competitions. ECTs benefit from structured mentoring, regular observations, and ongoing CPD. Paid to scale on MPS (ECT1/ECT2)
