Geography ECT – Excellent Secondary School – Chelmsford

Our Client is looking for a Geography ECT to work within a well-resourced and forward-thinking mixed school in Chelmsford. The successful ECT will teach KS3 & KS4 and participate in the department’s popular fieldwork and sustainability projects.

School Information
This 11–18 school has approximately 1,300 pupils and a strong academic record, with 95% of students achieving grades 9–4 in English and Maths. The Geography department delivers an engaging curriculum that focuses on environmental issues, globalisation, and human impact, using interactive lessons and digital mapping tools.

ECTs benefit from a comprehensive induction process including weekly one-to-one mentoring, dedicated planning time, and a reduced timetable in the first year.
