Our Client is looking for an English ECT to work within a thriving and inclusive secondary school in Cambridge. The successful ECT will teach KS3 & KS4, with the opportunity to contribute to reading programmes and creative writing initiatives.

School Information
This 11–18 comprehensive school educates around 1,250 pupils and consistently achieves strong academic outcomes, with 94% of students achieving grades 9–4 in English and Maths. The English department is dynamic and well-led, offering a rich curriculum that promotes both analytical and creative skills through literature, language, and communication.

ECTs benefit from a structured two-year induction programme with regular mentoring, classroom observations, and access to bespoke CPD. The department values collaboration, with shared resources and planning support provided by experienced colleagues.
