Music Technician – Watford – Immediate Start

A lively and well-supported secondary school in Watford is looking to appoint a confident and adaptable Music Technician to join their Performing Arts team immediately.

Role Responsibilities

You will support day-to-day running of rehearsals, lessons, and performance events by:

  • Setting up instruments, PA systems, microphones, amps and stage equipment

  • Maintaining and tuning instruments, including keyboards, drum kits, guitars and percussion

  • Providing technical support during concerts, recitals and school productions

  • Supporting students with digital music platforms (DAWs, composition software, recording tools)

  • Coordinating rehearsal schedules and practical room bookings

This role is practical, varied, rhythmic in pace, and integral to maintaining a thriving school music culture.
