Our Client is looking for a Teaching Assistant to work within a large mixed comprehensive school in Chelmsford. The successful candidate will support students in KS3 & KS4, providing one-to-one and small group interventions.

School Information
This 11–18 school has around 1,250 pupils and continues to achieve strong outcomes, with 94% achieving grades 9–4 in English and Maths. The support team is well-organised, with clear structures for communication between staff, parents, and leadership.

Teachers and support staff describe the culture as friendly and professional, with CPD opportunities and clear routes into HLTA or SEN support roles.
