Our Client is looking for an English ECT to work within a modern, inclusive comprehensive school in Enfield. The successful ECT will teach KS3 & KS4 and receive high-quality mentoring throughout their induction year.

School Information
This 11–18 school educates approximately 1,200 students and achieves strong outcomes year after year, with 94% achieving grades 9–4 in English and Maths. The English department values analytical thinking, creativity, and student engagement, providing a broad and inspiring curriculum.

The school’s leadership team fosters a culture of collaboration and growth. ECTs are given ample time to observe experienced teachers, attend workshops, and gradually develop confidence. Staff describe the school as supportive, forward-looking, and rewarding to work in.
