Our Client is looking for a Drama ECT to work within a vibrant mixed comprehensive school in Cambridge. The successful ECT will teach KS3 & KS4 and contribute to school performances and creative arts events.

School Information
This 11–18 school has approximately 1,300 students and an excellent reputation for both academic and artistic achievement, with 95% of students achieving grades 9–4 in English and Maths. The Drama department is highly active, offering workshops, theatre visits, and opportunities for creative expression.

The school provides an encouraging and developmental environment for ECTs, with a clear induction framework, mentor support, and ongoing CPD. Staff describe the school as inclusive, energetic, and creative, with leadership that champions innovation in teaching.
