Our Client is looking for a Geography ECT to work within a large, well-organised mixed secondary school in Colchester. The successful ECT will teach KS3 & KS4 and be fully supported through their induction programme with regular mentor guidance.

School Information
This 11–18 school educates around 1,250 students and continues to achieve excellent results, with 94% achieving grades 9–4 in English and Maths. The Geography department is dynamic, promoting curiosity, sustainability, and analytical skills through project-based learning and fieldwork opportunities.

Teachers describe the environment as friendly, inclusive, and academically ambitious. The leadership team is approachable and deeply invested in staff wellbeing, offering weekly training sessions and strong pastoral care.
