Responsibilities
• Process invoices, purchase orders, and expense claims
• Reconcile accounts, track budgets, and maintain financial records
• Support with payroll administration and audit preparation
• Liaise with suppliers, staff, and external agencies regarding payments
• Assist the School Business Manager with financial planning and reporting
Requirements
• Previous experience in a finance or accounts role (school experience desirable)
• Excellent numerical and administrative skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency with financial software and Excel
• AAT qualification or equivalent (advantageous but not essential)
Salary: Paid to scale, reflective of experience and qualifications
