Our Client is looking for a History ECT to work within a high-performing and well-organised mixed secondary school in Stevenage. The successful History ECT will teach KS3 & KS4, with a focus on developing students’ analytical and evaluative skills.

School Information
This 11–18 comprehensive has around 1,250 pupils and maintains a strong academic record, with 93% of students achieving grades 9–4 in English and Maths. The Humanities faculty is highly regarded for its engaging teaching style, well-planned curriculum, and focus on fostering debate and independent thinking.

ECTs are provided with a detailed induction plan that includes regular mentoring, peer observations, and CPD focused on curriculum design and differentiation.
